1. Service Agreement
By booking services with Meerut Home Care, you agree to provide an accurate medical history and cooperate with our staff to ensure safe treatment.
2. Payment Terms
Payments for one-time visits (like injections, dressings) are due immediately upon completion. For 24/7 or long-term staff, advance payments may be required as per mutual agreement.
3. Cancellation Policy
Please notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel a scheduled visit. Frequent cancellations may incur a minor booking fee.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we provide highly trained professionals, Meerut Home Care is an assisting service and works under the prescription/guidance of your primary physician. We are not a replacement for emergency ICU care.
